Return & Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

Starting a Return

If your return is accepted, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Because Oak & Row works with multiple fulfillment partners, return destinations and return-shipping arrangements may vary by item.

A prepaid return shipping label may be provided when applicable, but is not guaranteed for every return. Items sent back without first requesting and receiving return instructions will not be accepted.

Please do not return an item to the address shown on its original shipping package unless we specifically instruct you to do so.

Damages & Order Issues

Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us as soon as possible if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We’ll review the issue and work with you on an appropriate resolution.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, custom or personalized products, and personal-care goods. We also cannot accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Please contact us if you have questions about whether a specific item is eligible for return.

We cannot accept returns on gift cards. Sale or final-sale items may also be ineligible for return where clearly identified as such at the time of purchase.

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a different item is to request a return for the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can place a separate order for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Notwithstanding the above, if merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification, subject to applicable law.

Refunds

We’ll notify you once your return has been received and inspected and let you know whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that your bank or credit-card company may require additional time to process and post the refund.
